I receive email on several systems, what do I do?

You want to consolidate all your mail into a single account. A single place to receive your email will allow you to sort and file your messages from all your accounts. If you wish to do this, there are a few steps in this process:

  1. Select one system to receive all of your email and set the mail forwarding option on the other systems. (How do I set forwarding?)
  2. Notify your normal contacts and mailing lists of your new email address.
  3. Use the single email address on all of your email, business cards, etc.
