How do I find or see hidden mail folders (aka unsubscribed IMAP folders)?
Use these procedures if you think you have hidden mail folders, also known as "subscribing to IMAP folders".
Folders can become hidden (unsubscribed) for a number of reasons: Upgrade of client or server, differences
between clients (especially MS Outlook vs Webmail), or other reasons.

Netcape or Mozilla |
- Right-click on the server name in the list of mail servers on the left panel.
- Left-click "Subscribe".
- It will show a list of all possible folders on mailhost.
- Click the box next to each folder to put in a check mark.
- Click the "Subscribe" button.

- Open email as usual
- Click "Subscribe" on the left panel under "Folders"
- A "Subscribe & Unsubscribe folder opens
- Click any folders marked with a "P"
- Click "Done"

- Click "Folders" on the left panel.
- Screen changes, find "Manage folder subscriptions" section at top.
- Find "Available folders" and shift-left-click all the folders showing.
- Click the "Add folder" icon.
- Return to the INBOX by clicking "INBOX" on the left panel.

| Microsoft Outlook |
- Right-click on the server name in the "Folders" panel to the left side of Outlook.
- Left-click "IMAP Folders..."
- A "Show/Hide IMAP Folders" window opens.
- The window has to tabs, labled "All" and "Visible". Make sure "All" is selected.
- Select all the folders shown (shift-left-click)
- Click "Show" button.
